Quality Supervisor

 

Job Description and Responsibilities

FSi is a fast-moving business that manufacture construction products that prevent the spread of fire within a building. The industry is growing and so is FSi, we require an energetic individual that is willing to develop our existing business and improve our qulaity department. If the candidate proves to show the right characteristics there is room for personal growth within the business in a relatively short time period. The candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

·         Supervise quality control staff

·         Customer experience management

·         Oversee quality management system

·         Report on quality objectives

·         Identify safe working environment protocols

·         Oversee all quality audits

FSi will offer internal training to complete the tasks. In the future the candidate will have the opportunity to attend various educational courses, possibly to include degree level education if necessary.

Required Qualities/Skills

·         Good communications skills

·         Career minded

·         Strong attention to detail

·         IT literate

·         Can work in a team or individually

·         Good phone manner

·         Good interaction with others including colleagues, suppliers and customers

Preferred Skills

·         Quality experience

·         QMS experience and knowledge

·         Auditing knowledge

·         SOP experience and knowledge

·         A-level educated or higher
